Grant Application
If you plan to submit an application your organization must:
- BE BASED IN AND PROVIDING SERVICES IN GREATER CLEVELAND OHIO
- Qualify as one of the following entities eligible for application:
- Nonprofit or community organizations holding a current tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
- Recognized governmental entities including state, county, or city agencies such as health departments
- Educational facilities, such as K-12 public, private, or charter schools or school districts and higher education institutions
The 2025 deadline to submit a grant application is August 1, 2025. The Trustees will decide on the awards by year-end 2025, with checks mailed before December 31, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have received funds be certain to provide a use of funds report. Be concise; it can include pictures. DO NOT MAIL – PLEASE ONLY CORRESPOND VIA THE PORTAL OR EMAIL. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DEADLINE DATE TO SUBMIT.
What to expect when you enter the application portal:
You will first see a Logon Page – if you wish to complete an application and submit a request you need to create an account on the logon page.
- Following are some attachments you can gather in advance:
- Current year and prior year operating expenses and revenue
- Audited Financials
- Current year Capital Budget (if available)
- List of current Trustees
- NEW THIS YEAR BUT STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT … YOU CAN ADD A SHORT VIDEO FILE, MUST BE ONE MINUTE OR LESS.
