Grant Application

If you plan to submit an application your organization must:

  • BE BASED IN AND PROVIDING SERVICES IN GREATER CLEVELAND OHIO
  • Qualify as one of the following entities eligible for application:
    • Nonprofit or community organizations holding a current tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
    • Recognized governmental entities including state, county, or city agencies such as health departments
    • Educational facilities, such as K-12 public, private, or charter schools or school districts and higher education institutions

The 2024 deadline to submit a grant application was September 1, 2024. The Trustees are reviewing the applications and will decide on the awards by year-end 2024, with checks mailed before December 31, 2024.

The 2025 deadline has not been set; please check back periodically as it will be posted.

What to expect when you enter the application portal:

You will first see a Logon Page – if you wish to complete an application and submit a request you need to create an account on the logon page.

  • Following are some attachments you can gather in advance and submit is portrait format:
    • Audited Financials
    • Current year and prior year expenses and revenue (only submit in portrait format)
    • Current year Capital Budget (if available)
    • Strategic Plan (if available)
    • List of current Trustees (if available)
    • Annual Report (if available)
